	In order to strengthen our customer centric strategy by leveraging on our key strengths and potentials, the Board of Directors of G7 InfoTech have decided to integrate G7 InfoTech, G7 Tech Solutions (BPO arm) and erstwhile Ameyas Business Solutions (MSD ERP) into one operational umbrella of G7 InfoTech on the 6th of December, 2011.
